Independent Living & Stabilization Program
The Independent Living & Stabilization Program provides time-limited supportive housing paired with structured, non-clinical services for adults who are ready to rebuild their lives and achieve long-term stability.
This program serves individuals who are capable of independent living but benefit from structured support due to barriers such as incarceration history, domestic violence, or housing instability.
Who the Program Serves
We support adults (18+) who are:
- Formerly incarcerated and reentering the community
- Survivors of domestic violence who are no longer in immediate crisis
- Individuals experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges
- Veterans and individuals exiting homelessness or unsafe living environments
⚠️ This program does not serve individuals requiring emergency shelter, intensive clinical care, or 24-hour supervision.
How the Program Works
- Program Length: 6–24 months
- Housing Model: Supportive, structured living environments
- Participation: Housing is tied to engagement in program services
Participants work with case managers to develop individualized stabilization plans focused on housing, income, and long-term independence.
